Reward Analyst

With us, you will be getting one of the largest C&B knowledge hubs as your daily office.


You will immediately become part of the team, working with all Reward related services offered by Nordic Reward Partners. You will be assisting HR and Reward departments of our clients in areas around Pay Transparency, Analysis, Job Architecture, as well as the more traditional consulting needs, such as incentive plans, benchmarking, and so forth.

Pay for this position will be in the range of DKK 45.000 - 55.000 depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition, there is a 10% company paid pension plan.


November 1st we're moving into our new offices, located in the very center of Copenhagen, right next to Gl. Strand metro stop.
