Welcome to the network for Total Rewards professionals in Norway. The aim of this network is to create a forum for sparring across Norwegian companies when it comes to all matters within the field of Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits.

The network is free of charge and strictly for C&B / Rewards professionals working in Norway. We aim to meet physically 3-4 times a year in or around Oslo to discuss any and all matters relating to our nerdy niche field.
