We have been working hard to create a simple and reliable Pay Gap Reporting tool that enables all companies across Europe to identify and report on their pay gaps in order to rectify these. 


We have teamed up with a Danish start-up, called PayGap Aps, to be able to introduce a solution that can help smaller and mid-sized companies comply with the upcoming Pay Transparency legislation.

Even though reporting requirements start at 150 employees, all companies operating within the Eurozone will need to prepare for transparency as a shift in the burden of proof comes into effect by June 2026, with the implementation deadline for the EU Pay Transparency Directive. At that point in time all employees gain the right to know how their pay compares to others who contribute the same value to the company.
